Requirements
- Must be an experienced proposal writer for PBM solution
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated business climate with proposal management, project management, and analytical skills
- An exceptional writer who succinctly delivers a punch with prose
- Technically savvy (Google Workspace, Responsive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility required to interact independently with the diverse and growing internal and external customer base
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Exceptional time management skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements to understand client needs and evaluation criteria
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to craft effective proposal strategies and develop messaging that highlights value propositions for prospects
- Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/proposal processes, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
- Leverage cloud-based proposal software (Responsive) to create, write, edit, and format high-quality responses for RFPs, RFIs, and prospect inquiries
- Ensure all proposal documents meet compliance standards and are professionally produced within deadlines
- Create standardized response materials to improve efficiency and consistency for qualified opportunities
- Partner with proposal team members during complex proposal initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the proposal development process, incorporating best practices, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Review completed proposals to ensure alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and client-specific expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AP style guidelines
- Professional certifications such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals)
Benefits
SALARY : $95,000-$115,000
