Summary
Join Cavista as a Senior People Manager and drive our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture and exceptional employee experience. You will oversee key HR functions, including employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, collaboration with department heads, and expertise in talent management. You will design and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, forecast workforce needs, and enhance employer branding. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and designing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Requirements
- 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a technology or software development environment
- Strong expertise in talent strategy, performance management, and leadership development
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at the executive level
- Experience implementing HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companyβs mission, vision, and growth objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on people-related decisions and organizational design
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and create solutions that drive business success
- Forecast workforce needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business goals
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the software development sector
- Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Develop leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the company
- Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating growth pathways
- Lead engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms, implementing action plans to address concerns
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices
- Oversee employee relations, mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring fair resolutions
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions for seamless people operations and data-driven decision-making
- Work with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent
- Implement wellness programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance
- Benchmark salary trends to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness
- Lead HR initiatives that support business scaling, including mergers, restructures, and cultural transformations
- Drive change management strategies to help employees adapt to organizational shifts
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience at all stages
