Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a PHP developer
  • Have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles (SOLID, GRASP, YAGNI, DRY, etc) and good knowledge of PHP (7.4/8.2) and Symfony (3.3/6.4)
  • Work with tools such as GIT, ELK Stack, DataDog, RabbitMQ, Symfony Messenger, MariaDB, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Redis
  • Have experience with distributed architecture, asynchronous processes (It's A MUST), and APIs
  • Have experience in optimizing the quality, complexity, and efficiency of the code and the database
  • Have experience in application monitoring, including analyzing logs and resolving issues
  • Take full ownership of projects: leading implementation, coordinating work with other developers, and managing communication with external teams when necessary
  • Be used to working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment
  • Communicate in English – both spoken and written - min. B2 level
  • Be open to receiving and giving valuable feedback
  • Continuously seek innovations and improvements while understanding the business perspective

Responsibilities

  • Create new and maintain existing PHP applications
  • Participate in decisions regarding architecture design and the technical stack
  • Bring innovative ideas to the team, share your knowledge, and support in solving complex challenges
  • Manage sales processes
  • Handle various sales channels
  • Configure products
  • Issue invoices
  • Process payments
  • Manage vindications
  • Handle integration with external marketing and sales systems
  • Optimize campaigns and enhance sales effectiveness
  • Address technical debt and refactor legacy code to improve system performance and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in developing solutions related to CRM applications (you worked with invoices, payments, etc)
  • Work with tools such as Kubernetes and AWS Services
  • Have good command of spoken Polish language
