Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP and deep familiarity with backend best practices
• Proven experience with the Symfony framework
• Solid understanding of MySQL and ORM frameworks, ideally Doctrine
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers to deliver high-quality web applications
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using PHP and Symfony
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure performance, maintainability, and best practices
• Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve development processes
