Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in HTML/CSS/JS and PHP development
• Understand and document existing PHP code
• Possess excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
• Be proactive in problem-solving
• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Be able to self-manage and handle multiple projects and fast deadlines
• Be detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations
• Be available to work US working hours (local afternoon hours)

Responsibilities

• Be involved in every stage of development, from brainstorming and design to implementation and optimization
• Work effectively in an international team, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit to every project
• Work in smaller teams or startups, thriving in agile environments where adaptability and multiple role handling are key
• Implement automation solutions, particularly finance-related processes, to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Work with end-users, understanding their needs, and translating requirements into practical solutions
• See a project through from start to finish, valuing the creative journey and end results
• Communicate clearly and openly in English (B2, C1, C2 proficiency required)
