Senior Platform Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior/Staff/Lead Platform Engineer to play a core role in the development of our platform, primarily focusing on back-end work.

Requirements

• Have 6+ years experience building and scaling services in Python
• Design, implement, and maintain API Services
• Have async optimization experience using Celery
• Experience building and architecting distributed systems (deploying over Azure)
• Write test suites and deploy using our CI/CD pipeline
• Have experience owning an application end-to-end and are able to understand and address infrastructure concerns

Responsibilities

• Work on making the platform more scalable and data performant through new API design
• Work with heavy hitters like Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat on complex integrations for ad tech
• Take over lead async task management using Celery and optimize concurrency, distributed tasks, and resource-intensive jobs
