Summary

The job is for a Power Platform Senior Solutions Engineer at Point B, a leading consulting firm that specializes in business transformation and technology services. Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in a quantitative subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, economics, etc.)
• 6-10 years of experience developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Completed 10+ projects including discovery, capture requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate requirements, and configure Microsoft solutions and apps
• Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Power Automate
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively
• Demonstrated experience working with at least one other platform or technology stack (other than Power Platform)

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, and develops innovative software solutions for customers ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500
• Shapes and architects new solutions that enable our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft Power Platform investments
• Leverages the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of tools to give customers solutions that will provide insights needed for their business decisions and strategies
• Works with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities and sell engagements that use the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of tools
• Provides technical leadership to team members such that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical product
• Works with partners within and outside of Point B to design and deliver best-in-class solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SQL, Java, Python, CSS, NodeJS, or R programming languages
• Achieved the Microsoft PL-200 Functional Consultant Certification or cumulative years’ experience with Microsoft technologies
