Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a Producer role for casual game development, preferably in mobile F2P or HTML5 markets
• Led teams of up to 30 people
• Worked on several casual games and can show your achievements
• Adept in agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum frameworks)
• Proficiency in modern project management tools and the Jira task tracker
• Analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply key development metrics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills for conveying project updates and proposals to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Facilitating product decision-making & Scrum team rituals such as standups, reviews, and planning sessions
• Leading and overseeing the entire game development process from concept to launch
• Leading project teams and some of the company’s activities
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintaining thorough documentation of project plans, decisions, and progress for reference and future analysis
• Maintaining open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Product and game design experience, understanding how to work with key game metrics are a huge plus
