Requirements
- 5+ yearsβ experience in a production role in the gaming industry (or 7y in IT/3D Animation)
- At least one AAA multi-platform title shipped as a Producer
- Experience in managing multiple team of at least 20+ people
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Great presentation skills to all audience levels
- Deep Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Good knowledge of rights and licensing
- Strong negotiation skills together with advanced problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork, focus on driving excellent working relationships throughout the team
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people with different specializations and backgrounds
- High work ethic and self-motivated
- Passion for Games
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to create a production plan/schedule and to execute it along those assumptions
- Has completed a product cycle at this level
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and improve internal development processes
- Collaborate with Leads and Directors to manage production of features in our game
- Manage development teams and advocate their needs
- Work with other Producers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks/blockers
- Work with internal groups during the development process and communicate with the publisher and external vendors
- Manage cross-disciplined development teams and advocate their needs
- Work with other Producers to create realistic schedules, identify dependencies and align on priorities
- Identify any potential risks with multiple solutions and understanding pros and cons of each option. Clearly present the options to production lead

- Advanced Scheduling Experience
- Advanced Agile /PM Methodologies Experience
- Proactively planning team rituals
- Multi-discipline feature dev experience (end to end)
- Management of multiple producers, up to 3 50-75 people
- 3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
- Understanding the big picture / being able to liaise between the teams and work towards the greater good / ability to understand the high-level priorities
