• 10+ years of experience as a producer or product owner in the gaming industry

Responsibilities

• Shape, implement and refine team processes and rituals to guarantee top-tier quality and timely delivery
• Maximize team efficiency by ensuring clear priorities and seamless task management
• Collaborate closely with product leads to develop and launch the best possible game
• Partner with the GM and leadership team to foster a strong studio culture and operational excellence
• Take full ownership of special initiatives or projects that are lateral to core game development (e.g. player support, community initiatives, etc.)
