Summary

Join NVE Experience Agency as a Freelance Senior Event Producer to supervise and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative and analytical thinker, capable of handling quantitative and technical duties while also using their eye for design to implement the visual aspects of an event.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of proven event production experience required
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
• 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
• Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
• Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
• Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
• Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time

• Developing executable plans
• Overseeing operations
• Managing project timelines
• Directing staff
• Coordinating technical and production teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities preferably Spanish
• Experience with event niche (sports, music, theater)
• CAD
