• Capable of driving change within Babylist with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Curious, highly driven to learn and grow
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience and a University degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field
• Statistical knowledge, strong experience with SQL, competent with Python

Responsibilities

• Help ensure that the business is making data driven decisions during all aspects of the product life cycle
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
