  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively and professionally
  • Enjoy working with and delighting customers
  • A desire to develop your technical skills with the latest technologies
  • Analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage tickets related to enrollment data exchange, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Monitor, respond to, and resolve production discrepancies within established SLA’s
  • Deliver quality work with an eye for detail, delighting customers through clear, concise, and professional communication
  • Utilize metrics to monitor and adjust performance for optimal efficiency
  • Meet with platforms and manage relationships, owning issue resolution to drive high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to ensure platforms and carriers understand requirements and respond promptly
  • Utilize Ideon’s proprietary toolset to manage work and deliver high-quality results for customers
  • Contribute actively to a high-performing team focused on delivering resolutions to customers while sharing and contributing to organizational knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
