Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of designing and shipping successful digital products in new and innovative spaces
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap with product, research and engineering
• Translate business objectives and user needs into compelling solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
• Establish and refine design processes to enhance efficiency and quality across projects
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure consistency across all products
• Implement a robust design review process that incorporates cross-functional feedback
• Integrate user research and testing into the design workflow to inform decisions
• Enhance collaboration between design, engineering, and research teams to streamline project execution
• Plan and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets that meet high-quality standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating professional growth and skill development
