Senior Product Designer - Analytics

Join Constructor's Merchant Intelligence & Analytics (MIA) team and help build data-driven tools for e-commerce merchandisers. These tools will support various tasks, from analyzing product performance and managing campaigns to extracting insights from large datasets. Your work will directly impact revenue for major e-commerce brands. Constructor is a next-generation platform for e-commerce search and discovery, using AI to improve shopper experiences and drive key metrics. Requirements

• A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly
• Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis
• Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts
• Experience turning ambiguity into structure — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions

Responsibilities

• Help shape the tools that enable merchandisers to make data-informed decisions
• Support everything from understanding product performance to managing campaigns and uncovering insights from large volumes of data — turning complex datasets into clear, actionable outcomes
• Build tools that drive measurable revenue impact for some of the world’s leading e-commerce brands

Preferred Qualifications

You’ve designed decision-support tools, dashboards, reporting, or anything that helps users act on complex data
