Arkadium is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for digital products. The role involves collaborating with various teams, overseeing the design process, and having 5+ years of professional experience in product design. The position is open to candidates based in Portugal and will be 100% remote.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across web and mobile applications
• Deep understanding of product design principles
• Proficiency in interface animations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough design research, user research, and user testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate user flows
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to align design with overall business strategies
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing, continuously improving the user experience
• Oversee and deliver on all stages of the design process
• Develop and maintain robust design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all projects
• Leverage data and user feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously
• Establish a feedback culture that encourages open and constructive dialogue
