Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for our ChiliCal product, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI
• Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with our UX Researcher to inform your design decisions
• Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, using your skills in prototyping to bring your ideas to life
• Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding our Design System
• Define success metrics in collaboration with your team and work towards achieving them
• Stay informed about competitors and the needs of our target personas

Preferred Qualifications

• Product-Led Growth experience or working with scheduling tools
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales or marketing automation platforms
