Senior Product Designer

Summary

The job is for a Product Designer at Constructor, an ecommerce platform optimization company. The role involves enhancing product discovery experiences and building tools for business leaders. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and conducting user research.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in designing for analytics solutions, quantitative fields, and technically challenging domains
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a track record of delivering incredible experiences in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, or complex web platforms and possess 4-6 years of experience in UX and/or product design

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that are both functional and visually appealing
• Collaborate with fellow designers and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and brainstorm ideas
• Oversee the design process from concept to final implementation, communicating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively executed
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and use this data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
