Summary

Evisort is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead visual design, partner with product and engineering teams, and contribute to long-term strategy. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in designing complex products, strong communication skills, and a focus on the customer.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience designing tools, workflows, analytics, or other technically complex products
• Experience with planning long-term strategy and design team for scale
• A strong portfolio of relevant design work
• Experience with highly complex product architectures
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain the reasoning behind complex decisions
• Experience working with product management and engineering in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design process and actively contribute to evolving our process, tools
• Partner with product and engineering to engage in prioritization and influence product direction
• Push the boundaries of your team’s UX/UI/visual execution and explore new ideas
