Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Funnel Leasing Inc. as a Senior Product Designer and work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.! As a core partner in the 'Iron Triangles' product area, you will lead design and user research, aligning your work with business goals. Requirements

• A design portfolio with a range of artifacts creating user-centered design solutions highlighting strong problem solving, interaction and visual design skills
• Experience with running and synthesizing UX research
• Demonstrated ability to drive the design process, facilitate the gathering of design requirements, and achieve consensus
• Experience designing and shipping features with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases
• Experience shipping responsive web and native app experiences
• We use Figma and hopefully you do too
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product design

Responsibilities

• Partner with your “Iron Triangle” (Design, Product Management, and Engineering) to lead the user experience of a product area from conception to launch
• Create user flows, wireframes, site maps, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to guide the product development process
• Translate gathered requirements into effective visual designs while following (and contributing to) established design guidelines
• Facilitate discussions around your designs with a cross-disciplinary product team and have an understanding of how your proposed solutions are built, and what their technical limitations are
• Define user needs in the context of our customer’s business goals
• Develop and report on user success metrics (qualitative and quantitative)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in real estate or enterprise software
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills; demonstrated success in building buy-in for an innovative, bold, strategic vision
• Strong bias for action; ability to prioritize projects and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
