Senior Product Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech, startups, or digital product design, either in-house or at an agency
• Proven expertise in end-to-end product design, blending UX and UI to create seamless, user-centered experiences
• A track record of collaborating with developers and product managers to build and ship software applications
• Visual design skills paired with a deep understanding of UX principles
• Background in visual/interaction design and branding
• Proficiency in creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate ideas
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively across teams

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design and user experience for key areas of our platform, guiding projects from concept to launch
• Work on surface areas ranging from consumer mobile-first experiences to enterprise customer-facing workflows to internal tooling. Your work will span the entire product lifecycle, including designing new products from the ground up and refining existing features
• Tackle complex, ambiguous challenges by breaking them into actionable steps, prioritizing high-impact work, and rallying cross-functional teams around solutions
• Focus on simplicity and clarity, ensuring even the most intricate tasks feel intuitive and user-friendly
• Use customer insights, data, and feedback to identify pain points, explore innovative solutions, and create prototypes that drive meaningful improvements
• Champion the user perspective by continuously refining and enhancing our product experiences to deliver exceptional value
• Collaborate with the other designers to shape our long-term vision, design systems, and brand guidelines while improving internal processes
• Engage in team rituals such as product/design reviews and stand-ups to foster collaboration and alignment
• Play a key role in elevating our product design and development capabilities - having an opinion and bringing fresh perspectives to our work
