We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of engaging and monetizable user experiences across our portfolio of successful mobile apps. You will collaborate closely with product managers and tech leads, conduct user research, and leverage data to optimize the user experience. This role requires 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments, and a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. You'll need a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential in presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and iterative design processes that drive measurable results
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for experimenting
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences that boost engagement, retention and monetization
- Collaborate closely with PM and tech-leads
- Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that support rigorous ab testing and data-informed decisions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze data and user feedback to refine designs continuously and optimize the overall user experience
- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams
