Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join 15Five as a Senior Product Designer and significantly impact our customers and business by designing our platform. You will design impactful customer experiences, facilitate innovative concept explorations, leverage AI to enhance experiences, rapidly prototype and test designs, and make data-driven design decisions. Requirements

• A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality for making customers successful through design
• Experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful design work, as well as vision and concept cars
• Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other teammates

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that create measurable impact for our customers, in partnership with product management and engineering
• Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking
• Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s customers and improve existing experiences
• Prototype and test quickly, applying your learnings to your designs on a daily basis
• Make data-informed design decisions based on your own research, as well as customer insights and market insights
