Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join intent, a company with over 10 years of experience in designing IoT apps, as a talented Designer. You will be a key member of interdisciplinary project teams, working on projects ranging from 3 to 9 months. Your responsibilities will include UI/UX design, prototyping, creating design systems, and collaborating with developers and clients. You'll need expertise in micro-interactions, animations, Figma, and mobile design guidelines. Experience in the Health, Well-being, or Audio industry and remote work are preferred. The company offers a supportive design team environment.

Requirements

• A passion for mobile technology with in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines
• Expertise in designing micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience
• Mastery of Figma and Design Systems creation
• Strong presentation skills, confidently explaining design decisions to clients (English B2/C1 proficiency at least)
• Ready to join sales calls with potential clients to explain design issues' complexity and intricacies
• Balance artistic approach with usability and accessibility knowledge

Responsibilities

• Be a key project team member, taking ownership of the design part, including UI, UX, and interaction prototyping
• Create visual guidelines based on the client’s branding or from scratch during art-direction workshops
• Create and own basic design systems
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Plan and conduct workshops with clients to align requirements or brainstorm and refine ideas
• Ensure Figma serves as a clear and comprehensive design documentation for the team and the client
• Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and that the implementation aligns with your vision
• Lead client presentations to showcase your designs and ensure the client embraces your vision
• Support the sales team and Team Leader in creating design effort estimates
• Contribute to developing internal best practices & design workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in creating apps for the Health, Well-being or Audio industry
• Experience in remote work in an agency environment or as a freelancer
