Senior Product Designer

Summary

The job is for a Product Designer role in Javelo, an HR performance product of Tellent. The role involves end-to-end design, collaboration with team members, and contributing to the design system. Requirements

• Couple years of experience in the field, ideally with SAAS applications
• Experience with creating RWD apps
• Figma skills
• Ego-less attitude
• Great communication skills in English & French
• High sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of Javelo (from userflows, through wireframes to ui mockups and handoff)
• Validate ideas with colleagues from team and if feasible with our customers
• Research Javelo’s competitors
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Head of Product
• Contribute to the design system of Javelo
