Requirements

• Significant experience in product design craft in a tech company
• Experience closely collaborating with people in various product and business roles
• Demonstrated understanding of how to measure success and impact of product design
• Experience in presenting product design concepts and clearly articulating your decisions to various stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Take charge of UX for Instagram Message Marketing – a major revenue driver at Manychat
• Present design concepts and advocate for your decisions to various stakeholders
• Work closely with Engineering, Research, Product, Localization, Sales and other teams to align product design strategy with the business goals
• Drive and own the product design impact within your domain
• Build a strong foundation with human-centered design, cultivate innovative and creative thinking, and guide other designers to enhance their skills
