Requirements

• Knowledge of UX and UI design principles
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Marvel/inVision)
• Documented banking or fintech experience
• Understanding concepts and rules specific to the banking environment
• A strong portfolio to prove the above
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills, sense of ownership
• Analytical approach based on user tests
• Research skills and moodboards creation
• Strong command of written and spoken English (C1+); Polish not required

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing UX design strategies in line with business goals and industry trends
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Conducting user research and testing to improve the user experience
• Creating and maintaining design assets for consistency and accessibility
• Staying updated on design trends and inspiring innovation
• Aligning design initiatives with business strategy and driving process improvements
• Fostering a design-centric culture within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of conducting and preparing user testing sessions
• Improving processes & project organization
• Experience in conducting workshops
• Understanding of mobile patterns and material / human interface guidelines
• Basic illustration and animation skills
