Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Design Lead and lead the design process for our web application, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will translate complex HR processes into user-friendly designs, apply expertise in digital product design and service design, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design and preferably service design for B2B SaaS companies
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro, Notion and Jira
• Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and enhance user experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively across different time zones within Europe and the UK
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for our web application, from concept to final implementation all the way through to validation, testing and iteration, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Translate complex HR processes into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and user satisfaction
• Apply expertise in both digital product design and service design to create cohesive and efficient solutions both on and off our platform
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, legal, finance, payroll and other stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback
