Summary

Requirements

• Proven design experience within a Direct-to-Consumer, B2C, or ecommerce company
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating performance-driven UX/UI expertise
• Proficiency in design tools; Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and strategic thinker, able to ideate alternative solutions and strategies

Responsibilities

• Design new and optimize existing high-performance e-commerce experiences to positively impact key business metrics
• Actively identify and solve user problems using data, insights, and design-thinking principles
• Own projects from start to completion and confidently communicate design decisions
• Collaborate with other teams to drive successful outcomes
• Engage in collaborative sessions and workshops with the design team
• Present and refine designs based on feedback, aligning with brand guidelines and user expectations
• Collaborate with the design team to share insights and best practices
