Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Printful, a global on-demand powerhouse formed by the merger of Printful and Printify, as a Senior Product Designer. You will design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong background in user research, A/B testing, and proficiency with Figma. You will contribute to Printful's UI design system and work closely with engineering and product management. Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience at product-driven companies
• Proven track record designing digital products across web and mobile platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven experience conducting user research to validate design approaches
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, experience using and building design systems
• Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices

Responsibilities

• Define and frame the problem space and explore multiple solutions before landing on a final solution
• Design end-to-end experiences for a dedicated product area
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to to co-create strategic direction and plan roadmap in line with business objectives
• Contribute to Printful’s UI design quality, including our design system
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership
