Summary
Join Resilience, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, as a Senior Product Designer. You will contribute to the design and development of our next-generation cyber risk management platform. This role requires a full-stack design approach, encompassing research, strategy, UX, and visual design. You will collaborate with various teams, including business leaders, data scientists, and developers. The position offers a remote work option near specific locations and a competitive salary. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of digital product design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
- Ability to plan and execute research, analysis, ideation, and prototyping
- Ability to deliver UX and visual design documents, including: site maps, user journeys, site flows, Information Architecture (IA), wireframes, UI, design systems and libraries
- Ability to articulate and confidently present creative ideas to internal teams
- Ability to multitask while being extremely organized, productive, timely, and reliable
- Ability to synthesize constructive feedback into designs while still maintaining a strong, cohesive vision
- Ability to work independently on projects from initial stages to completion and take direction well while showing initiative
- BA in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Interactive Design or an equivalent combination of training and design experience is required
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute creative, strategic ideas
- Develop powerful tools and content for business users, from concept to delivery and ongoing Optimization
- Design and produce, with attention to detail, the broad range of creative deliverables needed to deliver leading products, including journeys and flows, maps, wireframes, UX and UI
- Help us evolve our design systems
- Develop data visualization techniques to make complex data legible and useful for a range of users
- Support the needs of an engineering team continuously shipping new features
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Data Visualization - including infographics and data-based journalism - is a plus
