Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experiences - from product strategy to monitoring final production performance
• Deep understanding of design principles complemented by analysis and troubleshooting skills
• UX generalist skills including UXR, UX writing, UI design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing, and design documentation
• Effective communication skills
• Basic understanding of component based development
• Expertise with Figma

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery and definition stage decisions to resolve user problems through design-thinking
• Collaborate with internal teams to create experiences across multiple products and platforms
• Use data to help inform design decisions that result in the best experience for users
• Prototype, design, maintain design documentation, and deliver final UI specs to the development team
• Refine optimization based on a combination of user research, production analytics, and business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a startup or in fintech
• Experience in growth
• Bilingual in English and French
• Basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies
• Education background in either Psychology, Industrial design, Computer science or Data science
• Expertise in Framer, Maze or equivalents
