Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in end-to-end product design, including research, ideation, UX/UI, and interaction design
  • Mastery in design software, including Figma, Unbounce, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • A track record of using analytics data and user feedback to iterate on designs, coupled with a keen instinct for innovative design solutions
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Create engaging and accessible user experiences applying user-centered design principles
  • Present design perspective and best practices to the broader organization
  • Act as one of the three leaders (alongside product management and engineering) responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Iterate on designs using analytics data and user feedback
  • Articulate your design rationale clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders
  • Balance multiple projects, manage priorities, and work independently while knowing when to engage with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of animation, interaction design, and accessibility best practices
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to product direction and design strategies that align with business goals
  • Experience in design system creation and management, ensuring consistency across the platform while allowing for flexibility in design exploration
  • Demonstrable success in leading user testing sessions, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
  • The ability to quickly prototype and iterate on ideas, using a variety of tools and methods to explore design solutions
  • A proven track record of collaborating with marketing teams on visual assets, brand consistency, and small to large-scale design projects
