Requirements

• Be fluent in English, comfortable having live video conversations and presenting/discussing work
• Have 5+ years in Product Design roles
• Have experience in startups (Seed to Series B)
• Have successful team-based remote work environment experience (e.g., Slack, Teams)
• Be adept in Figma (our design tool of choice) and have used project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitHub)
• Have proven success in different stages of the product lifecycle, from shaping to execution to refinement
• Live and have the right to work in Spain

Responsibilities

• Collaborate: Partner with founders, Product & Ops teams, customer support, and marketing to design and implement new products/features
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Teamwork: Initiate and focus on collaboration across engineering, marketing, support, and operations teams
• Drive Project Execution: Oversee projects through completion and follow through with warranty work
• Define Requirements: Contribute to product definition and requirements to shape development
• Build the Design System: Support and grow the fledgling design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Document for Engineering: Record design decisions and prepare work for engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Have product management experience within B2B Product-focussed organizations
• Have SaaS, AI/ML, or SMB-focused product experience
• Have an understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and other AI mechanisms
