Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a focus on digital products
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects, including examples of brand optimization, marketing design, and feature design
• Experience in crafting engaging marketing materials and campaigns that drive conversions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other technical basics for effective communication with developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for creating user-centered designs that are both beautiful and functional

Responsibilities

• Occupy a unique position in the market, designing a new product and features that engage prospecting and existing customers while communicating our company offerings
• Leverage existing brand standards and guidelines to create a distinct but complementary brand identity for this new venture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Craft compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of the new product and drive conversions. This includes landing pages, email campaigns, social media assets, and more
• Design engaging new features and functionalities that enhance the user experience and contribute to product-led growth. This includes user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development lifecycle
• Champion user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform design decisions
