Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Designer at Workleap, focusing on their Performance Management product. Requirements

• 5+ years working as a UX Designer or Product Designer
• Problem solver: facilitate problem-solving for large groups, creating alignment

• High craft bar and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, demonstrated through a portfolio of work
• Experience using a design system

Responsibilities

• Collaborate deeply with other Product Designers as well as Content Designers at Workleap, research, design, and test innovative user experiences
• Participate in weekly user research sessions and drive the product experience with the Product Manager
• Share expertise within design and cross-functionally with PMs, developers, and data partners
• Develop the approach to tackling problems and influence and coach along the way

Preferred Qualifications

Startup experience or having launched a new product is a plus
