Requirements

• Have strong industry experience of using React Native / React with TypeScript for a minimum of 4 years
• Have proven experience in building features for mobile apps or a genuine passion for moving into the mobile app space

Responsibilities

• Join a cross-functional product squad to develop features that improve users’ financial health
• Collaborate with other leaders to provide technical insight and lead the delivery of work
• Mentor colleagues to help them become the best engineers they can be
• Work on the React Native application, building amazing experiences for users
• Write automated tests alongside your code
• Use AB-Tests, feature flags, and other tools to iterate quickly
• Use data to dig into user journeys, detect problems, and optimize the Cleo experience
• Be part of the rota for weekly app releases
• Get involved in cross-cutting concerns that lift the entire engineering effort
• Take part in shaping all the work your squad does, including product ideation sessions, user research calls, design reviews, retrospectives, ways of working sessions, product demos, and OKR reviews
