Join ShopBack as a Product Manager, AI and lead the charge in identifying, integrating, and scaling cutting-edge AI technologies and tools to accelerate product innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn AI potential into practical product features. Define and own the vision for AI-driven capabilities, aligning roadmap execution with business objectives. Lead implementation of AI-enhanced features, drive projects from concept to launch, and ensure solutions adhere to privacy and ethical standards. Own experimentation strategy to assess impact and refine AI-powered features. This role requires 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years building AI-powered products using third-party tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management , including 2+ years building AI-powered or automation-driven products using third-party tools and services
- Strong understanding of new-age AI technologies (e.g. generative AI, LLMs, vector search, prompt engineering) and ecosystems (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI)
- Proven experience using AI capabilities as enablers. Ability to rapidly assess build-vs-buy trade-offs and move fast by stitching together off-the-shelf AI components
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI tools , embeddings, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
- Strong product intuition with a bias toward experimentation and measurable impact
- Fluent in product tools (Jira, Figma, Notion) and comfortable with basic data tools (SQL, dashboards)
Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Product Strategy: Define and own the vision for AI-driven capabilities, aligning roadmap execution with business objectives. Identify opportunities to use off-the-shelf AI tools (e.g. LLM APIs, AutoML, cloud AI services, agent frameworks) to accelerate time-to-value
- Applied AI Integration: Lead implementation of AI-enhanced features like smart search, personalization, intelligent workflows, or content generation β using existing AI platforms and APIs. Rapidly prototype and test ideas by combining internal data with external tools (e.g. OpenAI, etc.)
- Product Execution & Lifecycle Ownership: Drive projects from concept to launch: define requirements, prioritize trade-offs, and manage execution. Partner with engineers and analysts to build MVPs and iterate based on performance and feedback
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate AI capabilities into business language. Ensure internal stakeholders understand use cases, limitations, and risks. Work closely with data, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to embed AI into everyday product and operational decisions
- User-Centered Experimentation: Own experimentation strategy (A/B tests, user studies, feedback loops) to assess impact and refine AI-powered features. Monitor usage patterns, iterate on design, and improve AI performance metrics like relevance, latency, and output quality
- Responsible AI Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to privacy and ethical standards. You advocate for explainability, user trust, and fairness in application

- Exposure to tools like Zapier, Retool, GPT-based agents, or Chrome extensions built on LLMs
- Background in e-commerce , fintech, or user-facing platforms where AI drives engagement and retention
