Join ServiceNow's Platform Experience product team as a Senior Product Manager and contribute to the future of our intelligent platform. Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs. Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies, offering research-based recommendations. Rapidly design and prototype technical solutions using AI frameworks, collaborating with engineering, design, and AI research teams. Present PoC solutions to customers and stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating for improvement. Engage directly with customers to co-create solutions, understanding their needs for effective outcomes. Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, track them, and document outcomes. This role requires 5+ years of software product management experience and expertise with AI products and the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of software product management experience is a MUST
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies. Offer thoughtful, research-based recommendations to product leadership
- Rapidly design and prototype technical solutions using a range of AI frameworks
- Partner across diverse, cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and AI research—to co-develop and launch innovative PoCs (proof of concepts)
- Clearly present PoC solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Gather feedback with openness and iterate for continuous improvement
- Engage directly with customers to co-create solutions. Understand their goals, challenges, and needs to ensure effective and adaptive outcomes, with a focus on agentic systems
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics (KPIs), design processes for tracking them, and document outcomes to inform future efforts
