Senior Product Manager - AI Agent

Requirements

• Native or business proficiency in English
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some experience with AI
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of AI and software development
• Familiarity with data engineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and meet business objectives
• Define API requirements and manage dependencies with other product and engineering teams
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI ingestion and development of AI-powered insights
• Establish a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform, including democratization of AI, acceleration of utilization of AI, applications of AI, and AI orchestration logic
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align development initiatives with product and business targets
• Monitor and resolve technical issues in message processing, ensuring high system performance and reliability
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable development plans
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and systems design

Preferred Qualifications

• Business proficiency in Japanese language
• Hands-on experience with AI, backend technologies, and APIs
• Prior experience in product management in Japan
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Experience working in a startup environment, driving technical innovation and growth
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders
