Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management
- Deep knowledge of or ability to adapt learnings of practice management software
- Logical, analytical thinker with business and technical acumen
- Empathy for various user segments, informed through a variety of research sources
- Analytical rigor in evaluating and prioritizing key initiatives and roadmap items
- Experience with the utilization of machine learning to evolve customer experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong capacity to manage complex products from ideation to validation to development to launch
- Proficient with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Pendo
- An eye for market-leading experiential design and experience in creating journey mapping or high-level wireframes
- Experience working for a SaaS solutions provider
- The ability to travel occasionally for onsite Company meetings
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class products to Aiwyn customers and business results to the company
- Own the end-to-end process from discovery through delivery - including solution discovery, design, prioritization, release management, support, and iteration
- Conduct consistent research to stay informed of industry trends and develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback which help identify growth opportunities
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the product landscape
- Partner with the VP of Product Management to build and execute the product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product initiatives and the related go-to-market efforts
- Use metrics, qualitative feedback, and other data as a guide to learn about customer needs and inform product decisions related to improvements or new initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of solving customer pain points and measure the impact of the product on business goals. Gather user feedback, and iterate on the product based on real-world adoption
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and actionable
- Translate high-level business objectives into specific product features
- Break down complex requirements into smaller, manageable tasks for the development team
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences
- Guide the product development process utilizing modern development methodologies, including scope planning, backlog refinement, and frequent process reviews
- Directly manage the customer intake process and incident escalation management
- Build bridges between technical and non-technical teams, fostering effective communication and understanding between them
- Plan and execute product releases, coordinating activities across various teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches
- Regularly communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and progress to stakeholders including executives, investors, and customers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to product managers or other team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development, market shifts, or technical issues, and devise mitigation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SaaS or Fintech industry preferred
- Experience working in early-stage startup preferred
- Experience in building or implementing scalable processes preferred
