Senior Product Manager

The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of product management experience, a proven track record of delivering digital products, and strong communication and analytical skills. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital products
• Self-driven, comfortable taking full ownership of the product lifecycle
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams (engineering, design, business)
• Deep understanding of mobile and web platforms
• Strong interest in the iGaming industry and Sports
• Professional-level English

Responsibilities

• Full product lifecycle management : from ideation and prototyping to development, release, and iteration
• Collaboration with development and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Stakeholder management : gather feedback, manage expectations, ensure alignment between business and technical teams, and communicate progress clearly
• Product strategy and roadmap ownership : define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it supports both business goals and user needs
• Requirement gathering and discovery : able to run user interviews, surveys, and competitor research. Knows how to map problems, validate ideas quickly, write clear hypotheses, and define success metrics for experiments or features
• Agile process leadership : manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery in a Scrum environment
• Documentation and training : maintain clear product documentation and support onboarding for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably based in Porto, Portugal
• Experience with Vibe Coding is a plus
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and affiliate-drive acquisition is a plus
• Big plus if experient with SEO and ASO
