Requirements
- 4+ years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team
- Ability to learn a new product area quickly by asking the right questions, diving into the data, and meticulously documenting what you learn
- Deep analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data to influence key stakeholders and make compelling product decisions
- Deep experience testing at scale, including partnering with data science or analytics/BI to build new products
- Strong Project Management skills so that you’re able to balance a multitude of priorities and manage expectations for your team, leaders, and stakeholders
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
