Join Athennian as a Senior Product Manager and play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and delivering features that meet customer needs. You will contribute to product strategies and roadmaps, conduct market analysis, drive feature development from ideation to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience (ideally in SaaS or legal tech) and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally within SaaS or legal tech
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail: Skilled in translating vision into actionable product strategies, well-defined requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience driving product commercialization strategies, collaborating closely with go-to-market teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and customer success) to drive high conversion and revenue
  • Proven experience owning mission critical projects, driving them to completion on time and delivering measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with Athennian’s overall business objectives
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to ensure Athennian’s offerings are innovative and best-in-class
  • Drive the product life cycle from ideation to launch, focusing on features that enhance user experience and solve customer pain points
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize features, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and iterate on features

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in legal technology, corporate governance, or compliance software is a plus
