Summary

Join Bloomreach as a Product Manager to own and evolve the Scenarios journey orchestration feature, driving real-time, API-triggered campaign use cases. You will build scalable, event-driven workflows, enabling brands to automate responsive, high-performing customer journeys. This role involves defining and evolving the product vision, conducting market analyses, aligning stakeholders, translating complex workflows into reusable platform components, defining API contracts, and collaborating with engineering and design teams. You will also work with go-to-market teams to articulate product value propositions. The position requires 5+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on marketing automation or related event-driven platforms, and a strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and scalable system design. A competitive salary of 4000€ per month, stock options, and other benefits are offered, with flexible work arrangements available.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, or related event driven platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, real time event processing, data schemas, and scalable system design
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, data segmentation, and personalization techniques
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance product functionality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality products

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision for orchestrating journeys and real-time triggered campaign capabilities
  • Conduct market analyses to identify high-impact features, use cases, and competitive differentiation grounded in measurable outcomes
  • Align stakeholders (engineering, design, GTM, partners) around strategic objectives and delivery timelines
  • Translate complex, real-world marketing workflows into abstracted, reusable platform components (e.g., API triggers, decision nodes, data filters)
  • Define API contracts, payload schema requirements, and data validation logic
  • Partner with engineering to ensure performance and scalability of high-throughput event-based triggers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to make informed trade-offs between functional needs (e.g., trigger frequency, payload size) and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, throughput, reliability, cost)
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to ship high-quality, customer-centric features
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive interface that simplifies the creation of multi-step, multi-channel campaigns
  • Enable go-to-market teams by articulating product value propositions and supporting launch strategies
