Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join BVNK, a modern payment infrastructure provider, as a Product Manager for the Fiat Payments Processing Platform. You will define the platform's vision, identify best practices, collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, and partner with engineers to implement new features. This role requires strong payment processing and technical knowledge, along with experience in a FinTech/Payments environment. You will lead agile ceremonies, ensure platform scalability, and contribute to BVNK's product-led culture. Requirements

• Have experience working in a FinTech/Payments environment in a Product, Engineering, or Payment Operations role
• Have a deep understanding of how payment processing functions
• Experience working with engineers daily, and leading the team with context rather than authority
• You’re customer-obsessed, always putting the customer experience first
• Strong collaboration skills - you’d consider yourself a “people person”, just as happy working with engineers on specific tasks as you are presenting to the company on KPIs and feature launches, gathering feedback from customers and the sales team, and generally working cross-functionally across the business
• Experience in a heavily data-driven environment, using data to guide decision-making at every stage of the product life cycle
• A passion for growth, obsessively focussing on how we can grow usage and adoption of our products

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for the fundamental operations of the Fiat Processing Platform
• Identify and adopt best practices in payment processing
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Compliance, Finance, Legal, Banking Partnerships and Financial Operations teams to define product requirements
• Partner with engineers within your team to design, scope, and implement new features
• Lead the team in agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with other Product Managers and engineers to ensure platform functionality is built for scalability
• Foster and contribute to our evolving product-led culture company-wide and within the Product team
