Requirements
- Proven track record of launching software products—preferably B2B or enterprise-level SaaS—in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, running experiments, and using data to drive roadmap decisions
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) and articulate vision across all levels
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and product-management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Skilled at conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover market opportunities and pain points
- Demonstrated experience influencing pricing, positioning, and messaging for successful product launches
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals
- Define and prioritize user stories, requirements, and use cases to solve customer pain points
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from specification to launch
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure features are built to spec
- Partner with marketing and sales to create collateral, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to align on priorities and dependencies
- Provide mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
- Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in sprint planning/reviews, and guide buy/build/partner decisions with high-level tech assessments
- Monitor delivery progress and communicate delays or dependencies proactively
- Define and track KPIs, ROI models, and cost-of-delay analyses to evaluate feature success
- Collaborate with the BI team to analyze usage data and translate insights into product enhancements
