Summary

Join Clari's Product Management team as a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workflow Automation and Action Execution within the Sales Engagement (Groove) product line. This fully remote role, open to US-based candidates, requires developing and executing product strategy, roadmap planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for gathering customer insights, leading feature development, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of SaaS product management experience and strong stakeholder management skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, from inception to delivery
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts
  • Working familiarity with modern software architectures
  • Experience in delivering systems optimized for scalability and extensibility
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for a subset of the Clari Product Platform, aligning with Clari's overall business objectives and customer needs
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance user experience and value proposition
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and GTM teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product platform features. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and strategic direction
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions
  • Set targets for product adoption and impact, and work with success teams to ensure our product goals are met
