Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and drive the product vision and strategy for our rapidly growing mid-market offering, ensuring alignment with Clariti’s overall business objectives
  • Identify market opportunities through customer/market feedback, industry trends, best practices, competitive analysis, win/loss analysis, internal stakeholders, and data to shape product direction and execution
  • Contribute to and evaluate new product concepts for future roadmaps, performing discovery, experimentation, and validation to bring impactful new capabilities and enhancements to market
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing problems, solutions, and initiatives based on insights, data, business impact, and customer value
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, CX, and sales teams to foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovative solutions
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, definition, development, and successful launch of new capabilities. Including participating in agile ceremonies with engineering and design teams
  • Present product plans, progress, and results to senior management and key stakeholders, building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through empathy and insights, ensuring our products deliver significant value and delight users
  • Serve as the mid-market product evangelist and domain expert, providing valuable insights, driving enablement, and fostering open communication cross-functionally
  • Define and drive key product metrics to measure success and identify actionable areas for improvement, creating a data-driven framework for informed decision-making
