You will spearhead the development and growth of the Endless Aisle platform, defining user experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, revenue-driving solutions. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams. The position requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand and translate customer needs into product requirements. Requirements
- 5β8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain/logistics tech
- Experience building or managing digital marketplaces, procurement platforms, or virtual inventory systems
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Endless Aisle platform
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, supplier participation, order volume, and revenue contribution
- Lead discovery efforts with foodservice distributors and suppliers to identify new opportunities and pain points
- Ensure seamless integration with supplier systems, pricing engines, and logistics partners
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback
- Communicate product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry or distribution networks is a strong plus
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like SQL, Looker, or Amplitude
